With extensive experience in commercial real estate and a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, Kurt advises investors, owners, and developers on the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties. His expertise encompasses market analysis, investment strategies, property valuations, and identifying opportunities that align with his clients’ financial objectives.

Throughout his real estate career, Kurt has developed strong relationships across the Midwest, leveraging his market knowledge and industry connections to help clients navigate complex transactions. His strategic approach, combined with a commitment to client service, allows him to provide tailored investment solutions and valuable market insights. Prior to joining Matthews™, Kurt established himself as a successful Midwest real estate broker, working with Cushman & Wakefield and, most recently, Kris Lindahl Real Estate. His experience in the Twin Cities market has provided him with a strong foundation for advising clients and expanding his reach throughout the region.

Before transitioning into real estate, Kurt enjoyed a successful eight-season career in the National Hockey League (NHL), playing for the Anaheim Ducks, Colorado Avalanche, and Arizona Coyotes. His professional hockey career included setting a Ducks rookie record with 80 games played in a single season and appearing in more than 400 NHL games. The discipline, competitive mindset, and leadership skills developed throughout his athletic career continue to influence his approach to commercial real estate, where he brings the same dedication and determination to achieving results for his clients.
